Greek Development is honored to serve Aéropostale, Inc., a mall-based, specialty retailer of casual apparel and accessories, offering young consumers a focused selection of high quality, active-orientated fashion at compelling values. Currently operating over 900 stores in 47 states, Puerto Rico and Canada, Aéropostale maintains control over its proprietary brands by designing, sourcing, marketing and selling all of its own merchandise. Aéropostale products can only be purchased in its stores or on-line through its e-commerce website.
Aéropostale's distribution location in Greek Development’s East Brunswick location was chosen for its "close proximity to ports, the New Jersey Turnpike and East Coast transportation hubs." The company compliments Greek Development's accessibility, stating "Their management staff is on call and available if we need them."

MOTOR COACH INDUSTRIES SERVICE PARTS, INC.
Motor Coach Industries is North America’s leading manufacturer of motor coaches and full service all the way through emergency roadside assistance. The company serves charter and tour operators; line-haul and scheduled-service operators; transit agencies and conversion companies. The Service Parts Division offers access to comprehensive parts inventory consisting of more than 160,000 parts with competitive pricing and state-of-the-art logistics for same-day shipping.
When shipping parts to local, tri-state, and country-wide mechanic shops, location is a vital aspect. One of MCI’s parts distributorships is located in a Greek Development in East Brunswick, New Jersey close to Route 18 and the New Jersey Turnpike facilitating MCI’s immediate daily trucking and shipping needs. This facility joins MCI’s locations in Louisville, Kentucky; Los Alamitos, California and Newcastle, Ontario. The large warehouse space, with easy access, has allowed MCI to meet the demands of their customers and for shipping and receiving to remain trouble free.

Texas-based ING Clarion Partners Lion Industrial Trust owns more than
4.5 million square feet of industrial real estate in New Jersey, managed
by F. Greek Development. Among the most challenging projects executed
on behalf of ING Clarion was the redevelopment, construction and tenant
fit-up of a sprawling, vacant, 501,658-square-foot warehouse at 888
Doremus Avenue in Port Newark. Says ING Clarion Senior VP, David T.

ECCE PANIS
Ecce Panis, Latin for “behold the bread”, bakes over 20 varieties of gourmet artesian breads sold through in-store bakeries and retail chains. Owned by the Campbell Soup Company, the commercial bakery is headquartered in a Greek Development facility in South River, New Jersey. As demand for their specialty products grew, the first-rate baking company which employs 115 expanded from 79,012 s.f. into the total building of 112,000 s.f.
Jim Granacher, Chief Financial Officer, noted that the location has served the company’s needs well and that he finds the entire Greek Development team to be “very professional and easy to work with.”

MONROE
SYSTEMS FOR BUSINESS, INC.
Founded in 1912, Monroe Systems for Business, Inc., America’s leading,
first and foremost, calculator company, captivated its customers nearly
a century ago with their introduction of the first commercially-available
calculator. While much has changed in the intervening years, the founding
philosophy of providing superior products combined with outstanding
customer service remains the cornerstone of Monroe’s enduring success.

Monroe Systems became a client of Greek Development in order to address specific needs for a new location. “The strategic location for courier deliveries was ideal along with the proximity for our current employees, making it an easy transition for everyone,” explains a representative from Monroe. Building renovations included reconfiguring the entire space including developing proper traffic flow with removal and installation of walls. Monroe complimented the Greek Development staff, stating “The process went off without a hitch. Our contact with their personnel has always been pleasurable. SOFTWARE
HOUSE INTERNATIONAL
A two-billion dollar computer business solutions provider, Software
House International moved into a 140,000-square-foot build-to-suit
F. Greek Development facility in Somerset, New Jersey, in April 2006.
“We needed flexibility, and Frank constructed the building around
our needs,” says Steve Alt, SHI Facilities Manager. That meant a robust
1,600-AMP electrical service, 15 loading dock doors and 2 drive-in
ramps. Three quarters of the building is racked for warehousing, with
the rest serving as office and space for the configuration of customer
computers. SHI can now configure 2,500 computers a day—double its
previous capacity—for a broad client base, including AT&T, Verizon,
Bank of America and Qwest.

LABORATORIES LTD
Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited, is an integrated, research-based, international
pharmaceutical company, producing generic medicines, trusted by healthcare

Ranbaxy located within a Greek Development in 2008. Major modifications were necessary in order to meet R & D Laboratory requirements and “Frank being a Professional Engineer was definitely an asset in moving the negotiations along. He had a thorough understanding of what we had planned.” Ranbaxy Laboratories is continually launching new products and submitting more than 20 Abbreviated New Drug Applications to the U.S. FDA each year. RESTAURANT DEPOT
Restaurant Depot is a members-only, one-stop wholesale supplier offering free membership to any business owner/manager/chef or authorized purchaser for a non-profit organization wanting to buy commercial food, equipment and supplies. Restaurant Depot is a low-cost alternative to other food service supplies by eliminating the overhead of a traditional distributor and carrying national and regional brands as well as their own brands of beverages, cleaning supplies, dairy products, equipment, fresh meat, produce and seafood. Open 7 days a week with 55 locations throughout the United States and more openings planned, Restaurant Depot requires strategic locations chosen for customer volume and roadway networks.
According to Larry Cohen, owner of Restaurant Depot, “we chose the Kenilworth location for its accessibility to the highways. The actual location is modern and lays out nicely for our members to find and select products. We have been in this location since 1997 and have thoroughly enjoyed our relationship with the Landlord throughout the years.”

MEDICAL SYSTEMS COMPANY
Modern Medical Systems Co., established in 1973, is a nationally recognized
healthcare engineering firm focused on providing specific engineering-based
solutions for healthcare facilities to reduce the cost of care and
improve patient outcomes. Headquartered in the Northeast, with offices
in California, Florida, the Midwest, and the Mid-Atlantic region,
Modern Medical Systems programs include design and development of
technologically advanced equipment as well as equipment asset management
and expert biomedical maintenance. Ninety percent of what the company
offers, they have taken from inception to market.
MMS is part of the Greek Development Bristol, PA Industrial Park utilizing the location to expand their capabilities for clinical engineering, instrument sharpening, bed/stretcher/OR table repairs and medical laser services. Modern Medical Systems recognizes F. Greek Development for being “professional, efficient and very flexible for coming up with solutions to our needs. They were knowledgeable and kept me informed about the construction process. We hope to expand within the Bristol Industrial park in the near future.” Modern Medical Systems is a division of A. ALAN
RITCHEY, INC.
Alan Ritchey, Inc. Transportation Division’s primary function is transporting
mail for the United States Postal Service, proudly serving the USPS
in this capacity since 1963. This group includes three business units:
Transportation, Mail Transportation Service Centers, and Trailer Leasing
servicing San Francisco, Seattle, Minneapolis, Springfield, Massachusetts,
Philadelphia and Long Island. In addition, trucks carry commodities
for the company's feed mill, farm and ranch divisions and freight
for a few transportation brokerages. Environmentally conscious, the
company is a SmartWay Transport Provider – Getting There With Cleaner
Air.
Alan Ritchey Inc. moved into the Bristol Industrial Park for its accessibility to the Turnpike and Rt. 95. Prior to the company’s initial occupancy there were many renovations necessary to accommodate the needs of Alan Ritchey, Inc. After working with F. Greek build-to-suit development, Alan Ritchey was “very satisfied with the final outcome. We have always found the staff at Greek Development to deliver outstanding results.”

GILBERT COMPANY
For over 23 years the premier third-party Logistics experts, The Gilbert
Company has specialized in supply-chain services for the retail sector
including distribution, fulfillment and merchandise consolidation
with special emphasis on the apparel, footwear and electronics segments.
With 7 facilities strategically located on the East and West Coasts,
the company has its own warehouse and transportation management systems
and infrastructure allowing for quick implementations and consistent
service. Using the Gilbert Company’s expertise in supply-chain management,
customers can flex distribution costs up and down as their business
dictates allowing them to focus on the core of their own business.
Location, size and abundant loading dock doors attracted the Gilbert Company to the Greek Development distribution building at 1000 Industrial Avenue in Keasbey, New Jersey. Within 1 mile of the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, U.S. 1 and Interstate 287, the building is also less than 20 miles from Port Elizabeth and Newark Liberty Airport and 30 miles from Manhattan. The Gilbert Company occupies 270,500 of the building’s 700,000 sq. ft. and uses 87 of its 173 loading dock doors. “A big selling point was the ratio of 1 door per 3,000 square feet of space,” said Kai Timmerman, COO and CIO of the Gilbert Company. Gilbert hauls and handles 30 million pounds of product weekly.

CLEAN VENTURE, INC.
Clean Venture Inc. is a government-certified environmental service company that provides emergency response for oil and chemical spills. Established in 1977 and licensed in 20 states, the company also provides site remediation and transportation for environmental and hazardous materials. After outgrowing their location in Elizabeth, New Jersey, Clean Venture’s larger site, provided by Greek Development, now allows them to effectively maintain their jet-rodder trucks and provide excellent environmental-management services to their customers. According to the company’s Branch Manager, Pam Kropp, “The Property Management team at Greek Development did a great job of getting us in on time, as well as keeping us informed on the necessary construction work at the site. The move-in was smooth and Clean Venture is anticipating future growth and hopes to maintain that growth within the Greek Development Portfolio.”

FLINT
GROUP, LLC
Flint Group, LLC is dedicated to serving the global printing, converting
and colorant industries in narrow web, label and package printing.
Headquartered in Trellenborg, Sweden with 140 facilities worldwide,
the company has a comprehensive infrastructure to promptly respond
to any global assignment. Each local facility has computerized color
matching, ink and substrate testing and laboratory equipment with
fully-trained ink technicians on site to provide support. Well established
distribution channels substantially facilitate logistics issues and
enable deliveries on schedule.
Since moving to Greek Development’s Levittown, Pennsylvania location in 2003, the company’s needs modified as mechanical improvements and cost effectiveness changed. The Flint Group credits F. Greek Development for facilitating the transition for their facility. "As a result of our modification in manufacturing, we have reduced current space. Greek has worked with us to modify our existing space to accommodate all of our new requirements, therefore reducing our cost basis."

CPI
PACKAGING
CPI Packaging, one of the finest integrated manufacturers and importers
of retail packaging, has been a leader in the industry for over 50
years. The company offers creative packaging innovations with the
use of state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, innovative materials,
excellent printing and professional service. A sampling of their comprehensive
line of products includes protective packaging such as bubble wrap,
pak foam, cushion mailer envelopes as well as die-cut bags, security
bags, designer carry alls and shopping bags. Environmentally-conscience
CPI offers EPI biodegradable material as an environmentally-friendly
alternative to standard polyethylene bags.
Initially CPI leased 33,000 square feet for their operations from Greek Development. As consumer demand for their product increased, their ability to design in-house and build their own production equipment grew resulting in the need to expand office and warehouse space. Greek Development responded quickly to help CPI transform their location to suit the expansion needs which now occupies 73,000 square feet. Greek Development strives to provide exceptional responsiveness and service to meet and surpass the needs of each tenant and values the high-retention rates and long-term relationships with our clients.

THE GILLESPIE GROUP, INC.
The Gillespie Group, Inc. initially opened in 1985 as a small, family-owned carpet cleaning company, servicing residential accounts during the day and commercial accounts at night. As a result of their top-notch service, the company’s client list grew to include customers such as Johnson & Johnson, Hyatt Hotels, Squibb, Forsgate Country Club, and many more. The firm developed New Jersey's first commercial/residential Floor Fashion Gallery offering first-rate products at mill direct pricing and employing experienced certified mechanics for installation. The Gilliespie Group, Inc. is an authorized supplier under the New Jersey “State Contracts” purchasing program for Mohawk carpet.
The Gillespie Group turned to the expertise of Greek Development to help them meet the growing needs of their clientele and chose a location within one of Greek’s East Brunswick industrial parks. “The location of the park is a central hub in New Jersey, right in between the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 18 and Route 1. As our company expanded, we moved from one Greek Development to another larger area, the perfect size and location for our growing business”.

Initially Mauser USA, Inc. held tenancy in 2 Greek Development Industrial Park locations; 42,000 square feet in East Brunswick and 109,000 square feet in South Brunswick. As the company streamlined operations, the 2 locations consolidated creating improved economic and production capabilities.
According to Director of Operations, Steve Barkovich, “Parsicon Construction was instrumental in accommodating our needs in order to meet the pressing deadline of our office build-out.” Barkovich credits the company’s years of working in and with the East Brunswick municipality for their “outstanding relationship with building officials and ability to get the job done.”

EMPIRE COACH
Cutting luxury cars in half and reconstructing them as stretch limos requires lots of space. Empire Coach has 80,000 square feet in a F. Greek Development facility in East Brunswick, NJ. Company President, Mike Misseri, says he runs the “most sophisticated limo operation in the country, probably the world.” Two production lines produce standard stretch Lincolns and exotics — stretch Rolls Royces, Porsches, Lexuses and Hummers. Basic amenities are flat-screen TVs, wet bars, computer access and navigation systems. Models built for Arab sultans and African heads of state included armor and run-flat tires.

MOTION INDUSTRIES, INC.
Motion Industries serves the industrial marketplace with MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) replacement parts and services through a network of 500 locations across North America. Customers have access to over 3.7 million parts from Motion’s extensive line of authorized brands in bearings, mechanical power transmission, electrical and industrial automation, hydraulic and industrial hose, hydraulic and pneumatic components, industrial supplies and material handling.
Motion Industries’ central New Jersey sales department, office personnel and warehouse distribution are now located in Kenilworth, New Jersey. The company stated that this relocation has been a “wonderful experience and the space layout and building have been a huge plus. The Greek Development leasing and property management team is extremely professional and with their guidance we have made a great decision on this location.” The company also noted Greek’s delivery of the space in a timely manner, ensuring Motion Industry production went uninterrupted. Motion Industry, Inc.'s clients include industries in the automatic, chemical, food, beverage, wood and lumber, iron, oil, pulp and paper, steel and textile fields.
