President
Since taking the helm of F. Greek Development in 1968, Frank Greek has guided the firm to a reputation for exceptional quality and service. He is respected throughout the industry as a person of integrity and dedication to surpassing the needs of the Company’s clients. Frank is a hands-on developer with expertise in value analysis, land acquisition, “Brownfield” remediation, design development, financing, construction management, leasing and property management. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Frank co-founded several business enterprises including Parsicon Construction, Raritan Environmental Sciences, Mon-Eco Industries, Intech Labs as well as several restaurants.
Mr. Greek has served on the Board of Trustees of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks for more than 10 years, is a member of the Political Action Committee and was honored with the NAIOP’s Lifetime Achievement Award. He is also part of the Advisory Board for Lion Industrial Trust (an ING Clarion REIT.) Frank proudly served in the United States Army Infantry and N.J. National Guard and is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and a licensed Civil Engineer.
ELLIOT KOSOFFSKY
Chief Operating Officer
Elliot Kosoffsky is instrumental in implementing operating procedures and directing day-to-day operations throughout the company. Leading dynamic Property Management and Leasing Departments, Elliot provides unsurpassed service to the firm’s third-party management and leasing portfolios including the Lion Industrial Trust of ING Clarion (New Jersey area), the Principle Financial Portfolio (Lower Bucks County, PA area) and the David O. Evans Portfolio. As Asset Manager, he oversees profitability, sound management, tenant lease negotiations, insurance procurement, tax appeal process, capital improvement program and all accounting and tax matters resulting in maximizing the highest asset value.
Mr. Kosoffsky is co-Chair of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority’s Real Estate Committee and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks. He served as a Board Member to the Building Owners and Managers Association of New Jersey and holds a Real Property Administrator designation. A member of Young Israel of East Brunswick, Elliot has served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer. He is a graduate of New York University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York and New Jersey.
NICK KOLUPANOWICH, P.E.
Sr. Vice-President of Engineering
Nick Kolupanowich first became part of F. Greek Development in 1968 spending summer and school vacations learning his craft alongside his stepfather, Vincent Zaccario, who served for over 30 years as a Project Supervisor for the firm. A graduate of Manhattan College and a Registered Professional Engineer in NJ, PA and NY, Nick begins each project with a thorough understanding of the client's needs factoring every element into design. Nick is known for attention to precise detail, superior quality and absolute thoroughness carried from site-design, planning, building layouts, estimating, budget analysis, permitting and securing subcontractors through certificates of occupancy resulting in facilities that surpass the clients' expectations.
He is currently completing LEEDS (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification incorporating environmental sustainability and energy efficiency in all of the Company's projects. He is member of the American Concrete Institute, Tilt-Up Concrete Association, National Fire Protection Association and New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers.
BARRY DEACON
Sr. Vice-President of Construction
With more than 35 years of industry experience including long-term assignments in Scotland, Venezuela, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and several locations in Texas, Barry Deacon has a global and national track record of success. Mr. Deacon is involved in design, estimating, budgeting, all phases of construction, government compliance and inspections, as well as environmental sustainability during construction and within the final facility. With a reputation for meticulous quality control and strict scheduling, Deacon supervises all construction disciplines including orchestration with any specialty subcontractors the client’s needs may require.
Mr. Deacon is also co-Owner of Parsicon Builders, a contractor specializing in concrete, masonry and carpentry. Providing services for third parties and F. Greek Development, Parsicon has extensive new construction and renovation experience servicing all types of facility use including pharmaceutical, information technology, industrial, office, commercial and retail.
Barry holds a Civil Engineering degree from Pennsylvania State University with a concentration in Building Construction Technology and is a devoted fan of Penn State Football and Georgetown University Basketball as well as avid fisherman, golfer and aficionado of fine art and wines.
MELISSA CAMARATA
Director of Leasing
Melissa Camarata directs the leasing team responsible for the Company’s strategic marketing operations, public relations and advertising. Melissa is known for her professional integrity, outstanding effort and dedication to surpassing the client’s expectations. Ms. Camarata has considerable transaction experience in all areas of office and industrial brokerage including lease restructuring, relocations, property acquisition and disposition assignments, subleasing and lease renewals. Prior to joining Greek Development, she served as District Manager for RREEF Alternative Investments focusing on the Central and Southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware markets. Melissa is originally from the Boston, MA area and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Marietta College.
